Immediate Implants
It is sometimes possible to its remove a tooth which is failing and to insert an implant at the same time and bring it to function with a temporary tooth. Some of the conditions that have to apply before this can be done are that there is no active infection and the bone and gum are intact.




Should immediate replacement not be possible additional bone grafting and soft tissue gum corrective procedures may have to be employed.

Same day teeth
Using the Syncone System it is also possible to restore an entire jaw in one day, often initially using a denture type restoration with natural looking aesthetics.



We are also able in certain cases to use a one piece implant White sky system which can be placed and prepped like a natural tooth and temporized in one day with a provisional crown and the final crown can be placed soon afterwards.
